  Amaranth Flour is an ancient grain that creates a complete protein when combined with rice. It’s also high in fiber and contains calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A and C. Additionally, this grain contains respectable amounts of lysine and methionine, two essential amino acids that are not frequently found in grains. 

  Ground Flax meal adds fiber in addition to omega, 3 and 6 that have anti-inflammatory properties, which improve bone health and offer protection against heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
