BBQ Chicken Recipe - Ingredients

2 Toovaloo Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 cup gluten-free barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon molasses
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup thinly sliced red onion


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine chicken, barbeque sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar and cilantro in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
Spoon mixture evenly onto pizza crust. Top with cheese and onions.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.


Santa Fe Chicken or Carne Asada Pizza - Ingredients

2 Toovaloo Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
2 cooked chicken breasts shredded or
3/4 pound cooked thinly sliced carne asada
1 jar gluten free salsa verde
1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2 sweet white onion sliced
1/2 cup canned mild green chilies, cut into
1/4-inch strips
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Spread salsa Verde onto pizza crusts
Add shredded cheese
Add onions and green chilies
Top with chicken or carne asada
Place on center rack and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbly or crust is golden brown.

Hummus & Pita


Brush with olive oil
Bake on rack for 5 to7 minutes at 450 degrees
Slice and serve with your favorite hummus


Bruschetta - Ingredients

1 Toovaloo Gluten Free Pizza Crust
4 cloves minced Garlic
3 diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped fresh Basil
Salt And Pepper
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Directions

Mix together the tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Let marinate.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Top with tomato/basil mixture & serve.


Garlic Bread - Ingredients

1Toovaloo Gluten Free Pizza Crust
1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup of softened butter
Fresh chopped Italian parsley optional


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Mix butter, garlic and parsley in bowl
Spread butter mixture on to Pizza Crust
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes


Noelle’s Apple Crisp

This recipe is inspired by my daughter Noelle’s sugar-free diet and her CRAZY sweet tooth. Agave nectar is a natural sweetener low on the glycemic index.

1 10” Toovaloo Gluten Free Pizza Shell
2 Tbls. Sunflower Butter or Almond Butter
1 Medium Apple Sliced Thinly
1 Tbls. Agave Nectar
Cinnamon Sprinkled To Taste


Pre-heat oven to 450. Spread nut butter evenly on pizza shell. Add apple slices. Bake for 8-10 min. Remove from oven drizzle agave nectar and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Slice and serve.
